Millstone Weber is committed to making a difference in the community. Building a highway is so much more than engineering, steel, and concrete. It is a constant focus on making things better in our community, our state, our world.
We created the MW Equity Initiative to be a catalyst for change in our community to create opportunities to have meaningful conversations that result in solutions and advance equity for all.
The MW Equity Initiative Lunch and Learn series explores our past, present, and future. Asking of us all to define who we are and whom we want to become as a society. Our presenters include subject matter experts in the fields of diversity, equity and inclusion, design, construction, and engineering.
